Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of AIBX services, resources, and content.
Last updated: May 29, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the AIBX website, services, educational resources, consulting engagements, downloadable materials, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services. Additional written agreements, proposals, statements of work, order forms, or invoices may apply to specific paid engagements. If there is a conflict, the signed or expressly accepted written agreement for that engagement controls for that engagement.
2. Services Provided
AIBX provides AI consulting, workflow guidance, educational resources, operational tooling insights, readiness assessments, implementation recommendations, prompt and process materials, and related business services. The Services may include analysis, documentation, training, workflow design, implementation planning, and support for using third-party AI, automation, productivity, or business tools.
3. Consulting Engagements
Free 30 minute consultations, assessments, pilots, workshops, and implementation services are subject to availability and may require a separate written agreement before work begins. AIBX may decline or discontinue an engagement when the requested work is outside our scope, presents unacceptable risk, lacks required client cooperation, or would require handling regulated or sensitive information without appropriate terms in place.
4. AI Services Disclaimer
AI systems and automation tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unexpected results. AIBX may help you evaluate, design, configure, document, or implement AI-supported workflows, but you remain responsible for reviewing outputs, testing workflows, validating results, and deciding whether a workflow, recommendation, or tool is appropriate for your business.
You should not rely on AI outputs or AIBX materials as the sole basis for high-impact decisions, regulated decisions, legal determinations, medical determinations, financial decisions, employment decisions, or other decisions where error could cause significant harm.
5. No Professional Advice
Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement, AIBX does not provide legal, medical, financial, accounting, tax, employment, insurance, cybersecurity, compliance, or other licensed professional advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before using the Services or any AI-supported workflow in regulated, sensitive, or high-risk contexts.
6. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information needed for the Services.
- You are responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, and supervising any workflow before deployment.
- You are responsible for maintaining backups, access controls, permissions, and internal safeguards.
- You will not provide materials unless you have the right to share them with AIBX for the requested work.
- You will not submit regulated, highly sensitive, or legally restricted information unless a written agreement specifically allows that information to be used.
- You are responsible for complying with laws, industry rules, privacy obligations, employment rules, contractual duties, and internal policies that apply to your organization.
7. Downloadable Resources and Educational Content
Articles, toolkits, prompts, templates, checklists, videos, and other educational materials are provided for general informational purposes. They may not fit your specific situation and should be adapted, reviewed, and tested before use. AIBX may update, remove, or change resources at any time.
8. Fees, Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds
Fees, payment timing, cancellation terms, refund terms, and project scope for paid Services will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, order form, statement of work, or written agreement. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees already paid for completed work, delivered materials, or reserved consulting time are non-refundable.
9. Intellectual Property and Deliverables
AIBX owns its website content, branding, graphics, articles, educational materials, frameworks, templates, prompts, methods, know-how, and downloadable resources unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or public posting is prohibited.
You retain ownership of materials you provide to AIBX. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, after full payment you may use final custom deliverables prepared for you for your internal business purposes. AIBX retains ownership of pre-existing materials, reusable methods, generalized knowledge, and non-confidential learnings developed through its work.
10. Third-Party Tools and Services
The Services may reference, recommend, connect with, or depend on third-party websites, AI models, automation tools, productivity platforms, analytics providers, payment providers, email providers, or other services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, pricing, data practices, and security practices. AIBX is not responsible for third-party outages, model changes, feature changes, output quality, pricing changes, or data practices.
11. Acceptable Use
- You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly.
- You will not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with security or operation.
- You will not use AIBX materials to mislead others, violate rights, or deploy harmful automation.
- You will not remove attribution, ownership notices, or usage restrictions from AIBX materials.
12. No Guarantees
While we strive to provide accurate and valuable guidance, AIBX does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue improvements, cost savings, operational results, AI output accuracy, tool availability, error-free workflows, or compliance outcomes. You are responsible for final implementation decisions and for verifying that any workflow or recommendation is appropriate for your environment.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIBX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIBX's total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to AIBX for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose, or $100 if no amount was paid.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIBX from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your materials or instructions, your deployment or use of AI-supported workflows, or your violation of any law, contract, policy, or third-party right.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at /privacy.
16. Changes to the Services or Terms
AIBX may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
